Mechanism and Application of Layered Grouting Reinforcement for Fractured Coal and Rock Roadway

This paper takes the ZF3806 working face of Shuiliandong Coal Mine in Binxian County, Shaanxi Province as engineering background. Aiming at problems development surrounding rock cracks and roof breakage encountered process roadway excavation support based on composite beam theory, method layered grouting reinforcement roadways is proposed according to deformation failure internal drilling conditions. At same time, combined with splitting mechanism, strengthened supported by “shallow bolt + deep cable grouting”. The “shallow” “deep” form a complete stable structure.
